Chocolate Chia Pudding
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 2 cups cow milk (or almond milk or coconut milk)
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
1. Mix all the ingredients and put them in a jar and close the lid.
For smooth version: Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
2. Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Chia seeds will expand and turn into pudding.
4. Serve cold with sliced fruit or shaved chocolate.
