Linguine with Shrimps


1/2 kg shrimps , cleaned and peeled

1 pack of linguine pasta (500 g)

1/2 lemon

5 cloves garlic, grated

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 tablespoon butter

Hot red pepper

Sea food spice or fish spice

Salt and black pepper

olive oil

A little liquid milk

Boiling water



Place a little milk, olive oil, seafood or fish spice with the prawns and soak for 10 minutes.

We boil pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Put a little olive oil in a pan and stir the prawns until the color changes. Do not cook too much. Then move it to a bowl and leave it aside.

In the frying pan itself, put the butter. When the garlic is melted, add the lemon juice, boil it a little and add a cup of boiled water.

Drain the pasta from the water but keep its water.

Add the prawns and pasta to the garlic with a glass of pasta water. Put the black pepper and salt to taste. Finally add parsley.
