Salmon Salad

Yield: 6 persons


400 gram raw salmon

2 avocados

1 mango

3 tablespoon finely chopped scallions

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger

1 teaspoon chili powder (if desired)



  • Cut the salmon, mango and avocado into squares of equal sizes and put into bowl.
  • Add the scallions and mix very gently.
  • Mix the chili powder, sesame oil and lemon juice.
  • Pour sauce over the bowl.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fish roe (caviar).
  • Eat with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
