400 gram raw salmon
3 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 teaspoon chili powder (if desired)
- Cut the salmon, mango and avocado into squares of equal sizes and put into bowl.
- Add the scallions and mix very gently.
- Mix the chili powder, sesame oil and lemon juice.
- Pour sauce over the bowl.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fish roe (caviar).
- Eat with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
