Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients:

  • Base
    24 Oreo biscuits
    60 g butter
  • Dark chocolate layer
    1/2 cup vegetarian whipping cream
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    175 g dark chocolate
  • Milk chocolate layer
    1/2 cup vegetarian whipping cream
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    175 g milk chocolate
  • White layer
    1/2 cup vegetarian whipping cream
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    175 g white chocolate

Method:

  • Base:
    -Melt the butter
    -Grind the Oreo biscuits
    -Add butter to Oreo biscuits and grind
    -Layer on a cheesecake pan.
  • Mousse layers:
    – Melt the chocolate using the microwave and be careful to stir every 10 seconds. Or use the double pot method on the stove.
    – Whip the vegetarian cream until thick
    – Add the other cream and whip until thick
    – After the chocolate has cooled add it to the cream and whisk together
    – Put on the Oreo layer and then into the fridge till you prepare the next layer- Repeat the same steps for the other two layers- Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
    – When you want to serve, sprinkle with cocoa powder and then with a knife, cut through the edge to be able to pull the pan away.

    – You can also choose to put a cake layer instead of the biscuits in the bottom.
